***There are still many who have not submitted their 15.1 & 15.1a scores.  Please be sure to do so today by 6:00pm***
 
This one has been a TON of fun over the weekend!!  Keep up the hard work everyone!!
 
 
Workout of the Day
CrossFit Games Open Workout 15.1 & 15.1aComplete as many rounds and reps as possible in 9 minutes of:
15 toes-to-bars
10 deadlifts (115 / 75 lb.)
5 snatches (115 / 75 lb.)
 
Then, immediately following 15.1, perform 15.1a for a separate score:
 
1-rep-max clean and jerk
6-minute time cap
 
*Post your scores to the Whiteboard.
 
If you have already done 15.1, then today we encourage you to make-up something you missed from last week or do a Goat WOD (ie work on your weaknesses!).  Here’s links to last week:
