He has been recovering from a very very nasty ankle injury which has forced him to limit his CF’ing for three months now. Last year on this WOD (12.4) he only got a handful of double unders before time expired for a score of ~170. I had him do the WOD twice and each time it was the same result and same level of frustration. However, this past Saturday, he got all the double unders and SIX Muscle-ups for a score of 246! Such a huge improvement and he’s not even 100% healthy. Great work to Chad and to those of you who also had big improvements from 12.4 to 13.3!!!
