There are still A LOT of people who need to do Open Workout 16.2 and submit scores today.  Please coordinate with your coach and we will get you set-up with a judge, weight changer and game plan.


 

Workout of the Day – just like LAST WEEK MONDAY, if you have already done 16.2, then you have three options for today 1) perform a 15min AMRAP Goat (ie weakness) workout 2) Make up something you missed (like LAST FRIDAY’s workout if you did 16.2 Saturday) or 3) re-do 16.2 for a second chance score.

WORKOUT 16.2 – Your goal should be to get at least into the third set (12min) of the 4min segments.  Scale accordingly and enjoy!
 
Beginning on a 4-minute clock, complete as many reps as possible of:
25 toes-to-bars
50 double-unders
15 squat cleans, 135 / 85 lb.If completed before 4 minutes, add 4 minutes to the clock and proceed to:
25 toes-to-bars
50 double-unders
13 squat cleans, 185 / 115 lb.

If completed before 8 minutes, add 4 minutes to the clock and proceed to:
25 toes-to-bars
50 double-unders
11 squat cleans, 225 / 145 lb.

If completed before 12 minutes, add 4 minutes to the clock and proceed to:
25 toes-to-bars
50 double-unders
9 squat cleans, 275 / 175 lb.
