10min for skill practice.  Today is the start of week three of the four week skill goal challenge.  Please update through week two on the skill board today!
 
For time:
10 to 1  Shoulders to overhead 135/95
10 to 1  Stick jumps 24″/20″  (over and back = 1 rep)
 
We are also 8 days into our strict Paleo 30/60/90 day challenge!  Here is a photo of Paul H’s (aka Frogger Paul)  stuffed mushrooms he posted on our Facebook challenge page: sausage, onion, tomato, mushroom stems all served with cedar planked salmon and asparagus.  DELICIOUS!

    Shoulders again? All we work is shoulders. We never work our legs! 😉
    I think that’s the recipe. Sautee all the filling then stuff the mushrooms. Bake for 20 mins.
    I’m so going to make these. Been thinking about them ever since he posted that pic!!

    I forgot one thing, Spinach. That’s the green stuff in the mix, this was so easy to make, I did not use a recipe. In a fry pan, saute the onions, add one pound of Italian pork sausage, mushroom tops chopped, tomato, and spinach. Cook until the pork is done. Load up your mushrooms and cook for about 20 min at 350, about the same time it takes to cook the Ceder Planked Salmon and Asparagus on the grill. Enjoy with a large Iced tea or your favorite drink. Oh so Good.
