Shout out to Matt (Wolf#2) who not only participated in his first weightlifting meet Saturday but also hit a Clean & Jerk PR (113kg) and took down 1st place!!

 This week we are going to take a little break from the heavy squats since we built up to super duper heavy recently. We want to give you a little break and give you a chance to get your mind right for the start of a new squat cycle starting next week. Enjoy some other stuff this week.
