Quick re-cap from a busy weekend of competitive exercising from many Alpiners:
Congrats to Damien, Heather, Rene W, Matt W, and Tony Power who gave it their all at the Spring Fling Team Event this past weekend!!  Couple photos from their hard work:

Tera, Nate, Brad, Coach JC ran Sunday’s Colfax Half Marathon.  Tera even ran a new PR pace!!  There must be something in the water at ACF…
 Oh yeah and this little thing called CrossFit Regionals went down this weekend.  Congrats to Team Back Country CrossFit who will be representing Colorado at the 2015 CrossFit Games this summer11110876_837237253011897_4897524742395790333_n
Workout of the Day – we are starting a new 5-week cycle of  linear STRENTH progression.
