We are going to have three Hero’s WODs this week leading up to Memorial Day in honor of those who have fallen for our Country.  It will all culminate with MURPH (yes Murph!!) on Saturday.  We will have a slightly different schedule this Saturday to accommodate Murph.  Alpine will also be CLOSED on Memorial Day – please instead join us for the Bolder Boulder 10k on Monday.  Be sure to get registered – www.BolderBoulder.com

1-1-1-1 of the following complex: 2 Snatch Grip Behind-the-Neck Push Press + 2 Overhead Squats

40 Lateral Barbell Burpees
30 Deadlifts 165/110
20 C2B Pull-ups
10 Shoulder to Overhead 165/110
5 Wall Walks (nose to wall)
 
Congrats to a few Alpiners who competed in their first competition this past Saturday – Jesse (6th place!), Ashley, and Gillian!
 
And congrats to Josh who dominated Saturday’s USAW Boulder Classic Oly comp with a 264kg total!!!
