Workout of the Day
High Hang Snatch (from power position)
15min (including warm-up) to find your 3 rep max.
– Drop Each Rep as they get heavier and you approach your 3RM.
– These are full Snatches; Power Snatch to OHS if the full Sn is not there yet.

10min AMRAP of the increasing ladder:
25 Double Unders, 5 Pull-ups, 5 Sit-ups
25 Double Unders, 10 Pull-ups, 10 Sit-ups
25 Double Unders, 15 Pull-ups, 15 Sit-ups
– Increasing by 5’s until time runs out
– Score = total number of pull-ups and sit-ups completed
– Scale # of DU’s per round or perform 5 attempts + 10 tuck jumps
