Today’s WOD is a birthday request from GDoyle.  Two nasty benchmarks.  Enjoy everyone! 
Quick note on Bdays WODs:  We want to celebrate your birthday at Alpine!! We occasionally miss some because we use Alpine’s Facebook notifications to know who’s birthday is coming up for the week.  If you are not on Facebook, please let us know in an email when your birthday is getting close.  You can also request a certain workout or something nasty that you would like to do for your special day. It helps us for programming if you can tell us 1-2 weeks prior to your scheduled bday or when you want to do your birthday WOD.  Thanks everyone!!
