Starting a 5 week Smolov Intense squat cycle. We will be squatting M/W/F each week. Be sure to getting enough sleep and enough to eat!!!! If you are squatting in the morning, eat some extra carbs before you go to bed. Everyone saw huge PR’s in their squat the last time we did this. Have your coach help you figure out your 1RM for your %’s. I personally think you should work off 90% of your 1RM.

Your squats need to be so your hip crease is below parallel. If you are unable to squat to depth, the weight is too much. Leave all egos at the door.  Let’s get full ROM and get Strong!
