Workout of the Day
Week 3, Day 1: Back Squat  6×2 @ 80%
*Light volume day, work the same %’s, rest 60sec between sets
Three Rounds For Time:
75 Double Unders
50 Air Squats
5 Rope Climbs
*Standard 11′ ACF Rope Climb: Start with knees on ground, climb head to rafters, return to ground in full control.  Scale to standing rope climbs or standing rope pulls or jumping towel pull-ups.
