NEW CHALLENGE STARTING TODAY:  As a gym we will be accumulating 100 HOURS OF HANDSTAND HOLDS and 10,000 DOUBLE UNDERS as fast as possible!  It will take months but we encourage you to help chip away at these totals during your extra time at the gym.  This was designed by Quinn to help everyone work on some important skills. We have a board at Alpine where you can record your times and reps to add to the total. Everything will be added up each week. Get after it!!
