Workout of the Day
A) Front Squat 3×5 at 70%
B) 3 sets 60sec Handstand Hold
 
*60sec rest between sets, alternate movements
**This is a new sequence of Strength/Skill work that is starting this week (more details soon).  Rest 60sec between A & B.  Perform a set from part A (Front Squats), then rest 60sec, then accumulate 60sec Part B (Handstand Holds/Handstand walking), then rest 60sec, then perform the next two sets with same work/rest scheme.
 
 
then, since these two birthday knuckleheads like to lift REALLY heavy…
