 Workout of the Day
 
Week 2 of 5 of the strength/skill linear progression:
A) Front Squat  3×5 @ 75% (heavier than last week)
B) 3x60sec Handstand Hold (Rx+ 3×60 handstand walking/HS walking drills)
 
then,
 
For Max Reps, 12min Running Clock:
3:00 Push Press 115/75
3:00 Back Squats 115/75
2:00 Push Press
2:00 Back Squats
1:00 Push Press
1:00 Back Squats
 
*Barbell will be taken off the ground for both lifts
*Please DO NOT bail the barbell from the back rack position to rest.  Please bring it to your front rack and then drop.
*Rx+ Option: 135/95 & Finish with 10 Muscle-ups for time after the last set of 1:00 Back Squats.
