Today we are doing another Monday re-test…this time of the workout “Baseline”
 
This WOD serves a large role at Alpine because it is the first WOD that everyone does during their first Foundations class.  I will bring out the Foundations folder and see how much your fitness has improved!!!
 
Butttttt….to up the ante, we will be doing THREE ROUNDS of “Baseline” with 5min breaks in between.  Go 100% all out on your first attempt and see how your time compares to your first day of CrossFit.  You will have three separate scores to keep track of today.

For time:
500m Row
40 air squats
30 abmat sit-ups
20 push-ups
10 pull-ups  (we have transitioned to “jumping pull-ups” in Foundations and this will be considered a substitute)
