8:00am Class for Alpine members only please

9:00am & 10:00am Classes – Alpine and free class to family, friends and public.  Come try us out complimentary with no obligations – today is a great first timer workout!


Workout of the Day:

8:00 AM Class Only
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 20 minutes of:
15 Front Squats 115/75 lb
30/20 Push-ups
15 Power Snatches 115/75 lb
25/15 Calories of Assault Bike

**In no particular order. Space yourselves out for Assault Bike. Row if more than 16 people in class
