8:00am Class for Alpine members only please
9:00am & 10:00am Classes – Alpine and free class to family, friends and public.  Come try us out complimentary with no obligations!

Workout of the Day – Partner WOD!
Perform 150 Thrusters 95/65 for time
 
*Every minute on the minute (EMOM), perform either 5 synchronized Burpees OR 1 Rope Climb per person
*Only one partner may work at a time (except both during the synchronized burpees of course)
 
10min Yoga cool down in each class today with Coach Emily!
