Saturday Schedule: General gym hours: 8:00am-11:00am
8:00am class – Alpine members only
9:00am & 10:00am – FREE classes to family, friends, and public!  We just ask that you please limit to three free classes before you consider a membership with us.  We are currently offering a THREE MONTH SPECIAL FOR $299 FOR NEW MEMBERS! (Regular price – $450)
8:00am- 10:00am – Weightlifting with Oly Coach Dylan
*No 11:00am Swim Training today.
 
IT’S HERO WOD SATURDAY!! As part of the new 5-week program we are going to do a Hero WOD every Saturday for 8:00am class and it will be scaled/modified for 9am&10am classes.  As you may know, some of the Hero WODs are LONG – please arrive a few minutes early to get in a little extra warm-up because the 8am class will move at a faster pace due to time constraints.  Thanks!!
 
 
Please be sure to come to the 800am class and not the 900am or 1000am if you would like to do the Saturday morning HERO WOD.  As always, you are still welcome to lift on your own in the Oly room during any class time.

Keith Adam Coe, 30, of Auburndale, Fla., assigned to the 1st Battalion, 37th Field Artillery Regiment, 3rd Stryker Brigade Combat Team, 2nd Infantry Division, Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Wash., died April 27th, 2010, in Khalis, Iraq, of wounds sustained when enemy forces attacked his unit with an explosive device. He is survived by his wife Katrina Coe, two sons, Killian and Keith Jr., and daughter, Klover.
