Starting with a few announcements – there’s a lot going on this weekend! ¬†If someone knows a way to make 7 clones of myself for this weekend I would sure appreciate it ūüėõ
1) Saturday – Ashley is competing at the CrossFit Lodo “Pound For Pound”¬†event¬†this weekend. ¬†She needs a cheering section so please drop by and cheer her on!! ¬†Her events start at¬†9:02am, 10:30am, 1:00pm. ¬†Good luck Ashley!!!
2) Saturday РNoon class Ninja Sensation, Nathan B, and his fiance Jessica are getting married in New Mexico.  Congrats Nathan!!!
3) Sunday 9:00am-4:30pm  РEnderton Strength Weightlifting Seminar at Alpine.  Final chance to get registered.  See event details and registration HERE.  Also, there will be no 9-11am Open Gym on Sunday due to the seminar.
4)  Sunday РSabrina is competing in her first ever weightlifting meet!  The FRCF Weightlifting Championships which is a USAW sanctioned event.  Show up and make some noise for her and Good Luck Sabrina!!!
5)  Sunday ACF Softball!  4:00pm.  Must-win for the team to make the playoffs!  Come out and cheer everyone on.
6)  Sunday Рlast but not least, Sarah and Brandon are getting married!  Congrats in advance you two!!!

9:00am & 10:00am¬†‚Äď FREE classes to family, friends, and public!¬† We just ask that you please limit to three free classes before you consider a membership with us. ¬†We are currently offering a THREE MONTH SPECIAL FOR $299 FOR NEW MEMBERS! (Regular price ‚Äď $450)
8:00am- 10:00am ‚Äď Weightlifting with Oly Coach Dylan
*11:00am Rocky Mountain Thunder Swim Team Strength & Conditioning *This is a new private training period for RMT athletes only.  General Open Gym still allowed during this time.

7 Handstand push-ups
7 Thrusters 135/95
7 Knees to elbows
7 Deadlifts 245/165
7 Burpees
7 Kettlebell swings 70/55
7 Pull-ups
 
Notes:  Please come do this at 800am class if you want to do it as Rx and/or with barbells.  Gym will open at 7:45am to accommodate extra time for warm-up and set-up so please arrive early to do this 800am WOD.  No time cap.
 
Something to think about while you do this one: Just how it goes in life, hard work is mandatory and suffering is optional.
