Regular Saturday Schedule:
8:00am Alpine only class
9:00am Alpine & Free class to family, friends & public – come try us out!!
8:00am-12:00pm Open Gym
 
Workout of the Day
8:00am & 9:00am Classes
Partner WOD – Complete the following for time:
150 Jumping Lunges (*Handstand hold)
150 Wall Balls 20/14 (*Plank hold)
75 Burpees (no hold required)
*One partner can only work when the other partner is performing the hold (advice – work in small sets on the holds/reps)
