**Regular members – If you would like to do the programmed workout for 8am, then please come do the 8am class and NOT the 9am class.  Thank you!

1 Wall Walk (nose to wall)
3 Power Snatches 95/65
6 Front Squats 95/65
 
9:00am class Workout of the Day
Five Rounds, 3minutes on/1minute off, for a running total of rounds and reps:
6 Burpees
9 KB Swing 55/35
12 Air Squats
