8:00am Alpine only Class
8:00-9:30am Weightlifting & Competitor Class
9:00am & 10:00am Classes – Alpine and Free to family, friends, and public
11:00am Yoga ($10 drop-in for non-members)
 
Please remember that the 8am programmed workout will only be facilitated during the 8am class and not the 9am or 10am.
