9:00am & 10:00am Classes – Alpine and free class to family, friends and public.  *All classes will be held in the North/O-lift Room.
8:00-10:00am Weightlifting with Coach Dylan
8:00-11:0am – CrossFit Open WOD 15.1 Heats running every 30min starting at 800am.  Come and cheer on your fellow Alpiners during the first Open workout of the 5-week season!!
