Kettle Bell Turkish Get-Ups
Every 90 seconds for 7:30 (sets starting at 0:00, 1:30, 3:00, 4:30, 6:00)
1 Left/1 Right with Heavy Weight

50 ft. Front Rack Lunges 35/25# (length of room once)
10 DB Burpee Power Cleans 35/25#
50 ft. Front Rack Lunges
8 DB Burpee Power Cleans
50 ft. Front Rack Lunges
6 DB Burpee Power Cleans
50 ft. Front Rack Lunges
4 DB Burpee Power Cleans
50 ft. Front Rack Lunges
2 DB Burpee Power Cleans

*DB Burpee Power Clean: Hands on dumbbells while going into burpee, then jump feet up to a good setup for power clean with db at the mid-shin position
