9:00am & 10:00am Classes – Alpine and free class to family, friends and public.  *All classes will be held in the North/O-lift Room*
8:00-10:00am Weightlifting with Coach Dylan
8:00-11:0am – CrossFit Open WOD 15.5 Heats running every 30min starting at 800am.  Come and cheer on your fellow Alpiners in the FINAL WORKOUT this grueling 5-week season!
**Don’t forget that we are also having a lunch celebration after the completion at 11:00am.  Please meet us at 11:30am at Hu Hot (52nd and Wadsworth)**
