We are back to regular Saturday schedule: 8:00am Alpine members only class, 9:00am FREE class (open to public), 9-11:00am Open Gym.
 
8:00am WOD
Teams of three complete for time:
700m Run as a team carrying 100lbs between team members
70 Lateral burpees
70 Ring dips (rings will be set above arms reach)
500m Run as a team carrying 100lbs between team members
50 Lateral burpees
50 Ring dips (rings will be set above arms reach)
300m Run as a team carrying 100lbs between team members
30 Lateral burpees
30 Ring dips (rings will be set above arms reach)
100m of tire flips
100m sprint to finish
*Must complete each movement before moving to the next (like a chipper)
*Besides the runs, only one team member may work at a time
 
9:00am WOD
Three rounds for time:
Run 200m
20 Lateral burpees
Run 200m
20 Wall balls 20/14
 
9:00-11:00am OPEN GYM

Happy birthday Rachel! We will have the "Birthday Mayhem" WOD on Monday for Pete, Tanner, EWade, and Rachel

BBQ TODAY AT 3pm!  Alpine will supply chicken, brats, guac, condiments, utensils, and some adult beverages.  You are welcome to bring your own food.  Please bring a side or dessert dish to share.
