Workout 13.1

17 minute AMRAP of:
40 Burpees
30 Snatch, 75 / 45 lbs
30 Burpees
30 Snatch, 135 / 75 lbs
20 Burpees
30 Snatch, 165 / 100 lbs
10 burpees
Max rep Snatch, 210 / 120 lbs

*Burpees have a jump to target 6″ above reach.

9:00 WOD:
Team of two complete:
one person working at a time, Must complete the reps of each movement before moving on:
60-50-40-30-20-10
 
WallBall 20/14
Burpee Jump & touch 6″ above reach

    That open WOD is rough! And I have a new goal – learn to snatch. I know I can do 75# … I just need some semblance of correct technique.

    13.1 was a rough one! My lungs are still hurting today! I wanted to get to the 3rd round of burpees, those damn snatches are a lot of work. Good job to all the competitors and thanks to all the spectators for cheering us on!

      Wish I could have seen you go Cliff (I was judging in the other room). Great work for getting through the 135’s! Now you know what you need to work for 🙂
