1×5 @ 75%
1×5 @ 80%
**Please do not come to the 900am & 1000am expecting to squat – 800am class only**

30 Wall Balls 20lb/14lb   10’/9′
15 Box Jumps 24″/20″
10 Sand back Get-Ups 64lb/32lb  (4x16lb fillers/2x16lb fillers)
