The great thing about CrossFit is all movements can be modified and scaled for every athlete at every level.Handstand push ups have all kinds of variations until you are able to perform them as Rx’d. Use full range of motion, no matter your modification, and you WILL get strong enough to complete the WOD’s as prescribed!
