1 Mile Run
25 Hollow Rocks
20 Minute AMRAP
10 Jumping Lunges
5 Strict Pullups
10 Front Rack Lunges 95/65 (out and back)
15 Weighted Sit-ups 20/10 (use either DB or Slamball, DON’T let it lose contact with your chest!)
We want to wish a very happy birthday to two of the coolest kids at the gym. Happy Bjirthday James, aka, HUGE. If you ever see his name on the whiteboard, its more than likely the fastest time of the day, or more than likely the coolest nickname on that whiteboard.
Also resident badass Renee, who never quits, and kicks ass at pretty much every single thing she does at the gym. Have a fantastic birthday weekend you two!
