8:00am Alpine only class
9:00am Free class to friends, family & public
8:00am-12:00pm Open Gym
 
With the announcement of the Regional Events this week it only seems appropriate to do one of these crazy WODs right?!?!  As with all CrossFit workouts, this one can be (and should be!) scaled to any ability level:

Individual Event #6
For time:
100 Double-unders
50 Handstand push-ups
40 Toes-to-bar
30 Shoulder to overhead with axle (160 / 100 lbs)
90 foot Walking lunge with axle in front rack (160 / 100 lbs)
**Time cap: 20 minutes (it is 15min for Regionals)
**We only have one axle bar so we will mostly use our regular barbells
 
9:00am Class – similar to Regional WOD #6; please come at 8:00am if you want to do it scaled or Rx as its written, not at 9:00am!
60 Jump and touch to 12″ target (or 100 Double unders if you got em)
50 Push-ups
40 Toes through rings or Knees to elbows
30 DB Push Press 35/25
90 foot Walking lunge with DB’s racked on shoulders 35/25
