9:00am & 10:00am Classes – Alpine and free class to family, friends and public.  Come try us out!
8:00-10:00am Weightlifting with Coach Dylan
 

Good luck to Sabrian (aka Swollbrina) who will be competing today in the Weightlifting Championships at Front Range CrossFit and another good luck to Coach Dylan who will be lifting on Sunday in the same meet.  SwollFit lifts at 2:00pm Saturday and Dylan lifts at 4:00pm Sunday.
