REGULAR SATURDAY SCHEDULE:
8:00am Class for Alpine members only please
9:00am & 10:00am Classes – Alpine and free class to family, friends and public.  Come in and give CrossFit a try!

Workout of the Day – In honor of Memorial Day weekend and those who have served we will be doing TWO Hero WODs.  “Holleyman” Saturday and the infamous “MURPH” on Monday (800am & 930am classes only).  
Holleyman was also last performed on Sunday, 8-18-2013  as a fundraiser for the Penick family.

30 rounds for time of:
5 Wall balls  20/14
3 Handstand push-ups
1 Power Clean 225/145
 
***We will do a 25min time cap today so essentially, this becomes a 25min AMRAP.
***Remember this is scale-able to all fitness levels.  Our coaches will get you dialed in appropriately to your fitness level.   Example: 5 Wall Balls, 5 KB Strict Press, 5 Box Jumps for someone who is new to CrossFit.

Holleyman, 27, of Glasgow, Montana, assigned to the 1st Battalion, 5th Special Forces Group, based in Fort Campbell, Kentucky, was killed on August 30, 2004, when his military vehicle hit an improvised explosive device in Khutayiah, Iraq. He is survived by his daughters Shelby and Erin, son Zachary, parents Ross and Glenda, and siblings Kelly and Daniel.
