REGIONAL TEAM WOD #4
As a team of four complete:
250 Chest to bar pull-ups
250 KB Swings 55/35
250 Double unders
250 Overhead squats 95/65
*Only one athlete may work at a time. This WOD is a chipper, thus, all pull-ups must be completed before the kettlebell swings, all the swings before the double-unders, and all the double-unders before the overhead squats. There is a 30min time cap so please modify accordingly.
