REGULAR SATURDAY SCHEDULE:
8:00am Class for Alpine members only please
9:00am & 10:00am Classes – Alpine and free class to family, friends and public.  Come try us out!
8:00-10:00am Weightlifting with Coach Dylan
 
Please note – the 8am and 9am/10am WODs are different today. Thus, the 800am WOD will only be conducted during 800am class. Please plan your training accordingly.
