9:00am & 10:00am Classes – Alpine and free class to family, friends and public.  Come try us out complimentary with no obligations

400m KB Farmers Carry 55/35 (per hand)
40 MB Sit-ups 20/14
40 Hang Power Cleans 115/80 OR Slam Balls 40/30
40 Bar Facing Burpees
