800am Alpine only class
900am & 1000am Alpine & FREE CLASS to public, family and friends.  We just ask that you limit to 3 free Saturdays before considering a membership option with us.  Come check us out!
 
CONGRATS TO ALL OF THE SQUAT PR’S FRIDAY!  This was very impressive to watch as many people averaged a 20lb gain.  This is our third major squat cycle within the past year and ya’ll are a living study that this hard work pays off!!  Congrats and thank you all for your commitment over the past 5 weeks of this cycle.
