9:00am & 10:00am Classes – Alpine and free class to family, friends and public.  Come try us out complimentary with no obligations – today is a great first timer workout!


Workout of the Day
Five sets of “Barbara”:
3 Minute AMRAP of:

20 Pull-Ups or Ring Rows
30 Push-Ups
40 Sit-Ups
50 Squats

Rest 3 minutes between sets, and pick up the next set where you left off.
