Tacos & Tequila Workout 2 (Time)

3 Rounds:

30 STOH (Partner holds sandbag)

30 OHS (Partner holds sandbag)

30 Burpees (Sandbag transfer after every rep)

(Cap 15:00)

RX Weights (Barbell 95,65 / Sandbag 50,25)

OPEN Weights (Barbell 75,55 / Sandbag 50,25)
After the call of “3, 2, 1 … go”, one athlete may lift the sandbag off the floor and hold it

however they choose. Once the bag is lifted off the ground it can NOT touch the ground for the

remainder of the workout. In the case of a dropped sandbag the team must immediately complete

a 5 burpee penalty before picking up where they left off in the workout. The athlete can hold the

sandbag however they choose but may not lay, sit, or take a knee while holding the bag.
