A: Monster & Mini Max Out (Thruster & Deadlift) (Total Weight)

Pairs will have 20 minute to establish 1RM Deadlift & Thruster (From the Floor)

B: Metcon (Time)

Monster & Mini WOD: For Time

Accumulate 150 Burpee’s and 300 Double Unders as a Team

-Note: One partner at a time performing burpee’s while the other is performing double unders. If the partner performing double unders breaks, the athletes must switch.
