10 MB Rotating Throws

10 MB Hamstring Curls


Metcon (Time)

Teams of 4 Relay:

1- 100′ Reverse Sled Drag

2- 10 Stone Squats (105/75)

3- 10 Sandbag Burpee’s (5/3 Inserts)

4- 10 Single Arm DB Press (70/50; Circus DB Style)

*Follow the leader style: One athlete completes the task, then the next athlete begins.
