3 rounds for Overall Time/Quality:

60 second handstand hold

60 second hang from bar

60 second back squat hold (hold at bottom of squat) (115/75)

15 dumbbell strict press

15 strict pull-ups

15 back squat

First round should be unbroken. Either shorten time on holds, and choose a weight that allows for unbrokenness.
