Metcon (Weight)

Every minute on the minute you will complete a lift. Every minute the weight will increase 10 lbs. for men, and 5 lbs for the women. The weight will start with an empty bar. You will start with the Snatch. Once you miss your Snatch in the minute you will move onto the Clean with the weight that is left on the bar from the Snatch. Once you miss your Clean in the minute you will move onto deadlift with the weight that is on the bar. You will them max out your deadlift.
