The 2018 WODIFY Rise 6-Week Nutrition Challenge

2018 is here and we know one of the top goals on everyone’s list is to get a better handle on their nutrition. For both members and non-members of Alpine, we have the perfect set up starting Monday, January 8th.

WODIFY Rise is a Nutrition Challenge Online Portal. Much like WODIFY with workout metrics, Rise allows athlete and organizer of the event to keep track of nutrition related goals and progress throughout the duration of the challenge. The result; an amazing communication window and accountability system to make all the progress in the world for athletes involved. Over the 6-week challenge, athletes have a choice as to the level of accountability through the WODIFY Rise system.

  • High Accountability Level ($250)
    • 1-on-1 Coaching Correspondence throughout the challenge with a response window of 24 hours.
    • Personal Nutritional Set-Up (MacroNutrient based off of Body Fat Percentage)
    • 2 InBody Body Fat Assessments (1 Pre-Challenge & 1 Post-Challenge)
  • Medium Accountability Level ($125)
    • Personal Nutritional Set-Up with a Coach (MacroNutrient Based off of Body Fat Percentage)
    • 2 InBody Body Fat Assessments (1 Pre-Challenge & 1 Post-Challenge)
  • Low Accountability Level ($70)
    • 2 InBody Body Fat Assessments (1 Pre-Challenge & 1 Post-Challenge)
  • Challenge Only (Free)
    • No InBody Body Fat Test; Access to WODIFY Rise Portal & Challenge e-mails.

*All levels will receive portal access and weekly e-mails helping them along the way.

Throughout the 6-week challenge athletes will be given ideas, recipes, and resources to help fine-tune their nutritional practices so they can last well beyond the challenge dates. With such an awesome set-up and multiple coaches lending a hand, it’s hard to find a much more set up resource!
