Power Clean to Push Jerk    5-5-5-5-5  (5sets including warm-up)
*These are touch & go reps.  Just like we posted LAST WEEK WEDNESDAY, Dylan and traditional weightlifting must close their eyes for this “touch & go” series we are about to start but this is crucial in CrossFit to learn efficient and fast barbell cycling.
15 Min AMRAP
30 Pull-ups
30 Alternating Pistols
30 KB Swings 70/55
*Sub Pistol progressions or 30x Jumping Lunges 
*Scale the number of pull-ups as needed (sub Ring Rows today)
