Happy (belated) Birthday Jason Wennen! Jason is a hard working 5:30 AM’er who is always crushing the mornings and comes in pumped ready to go every time. We hope you are continuing the celebrations with more burpees today!

Workout of the Day,
Five sets for max reps of:
60 seconds of Pistols/Single-Leg Squats (Left)
60 seconds of Pistols/Single-Leg Squats (Right)
Rest 90 seconds
90 seconds of Kettlebell Swings 55/35 lb
Rest 60 seconds
60 seconds of Double-Unders
Rest 60 seconds

*For pistol modifications
1. hold on to rack and squat down to good position (one leg out, heel on floor)
2. use a counter weight, like a 5-10 lb plate held out in front of you
3. Start with one foot on a high box and slowly stand on box without pushing off floor with other foot
4. tie a band across the rack about knee height, sit right on band and squat down
