Today you have TWO options for the strength depending on 1) how you are feeling and 2) if you did the Deadlift workout on Tuesday.

*This is not recommended if you did the Tuesday WOD with Deadlifts.  If you did, then save the 1RM DL for Saturday or Sunday to perform during Open Gym.

10 Plate Burpees 45/25
20 Plate Overhead Walking Lunges 45/25
30 Sit-ups
 
*Perform the lunges walking North to South
 *Post your scores to the Whiteboard.
