Heather has been doing her own programming in preparation for the CrossFit Open so we do not have a legit bday WOD for her.  However, she is now mastering straight bar muscle-ups (21 in her Wednesday WOD, holla!!) and suggested we should throw those in today….
 
Back squat 3×5  -adding 5lbs/2.5lbs from last week
 
Overhead squat 3×10
