100 Double Unders
21 DB Thrusters 35/25
21 Pull-ups
75 Double Unders
15 DB Thrusters
15 Pull-ups
50 Double Unders
9 DB Thrusters
9 Pull-ups

 

*Rx+ Option – Go C2B pull-ups

*Scale the number of DU’s or sub with 75-50-25 Lateral Jumps over your Dumbbells
