Every minute, on the minute, for 20 minutes:
Even minutes – 30 seconds of Rowing (go hard!!)
Odd minutes – Snatch (if you can) or Power Snatch (if you don’t have the mobility) x 3 reps using 70-80% of today’s 1RM
